Order Cancelation Form

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please make sure to fill out this cancellation form. Orders can only be cancelled by filling out this form or by email (arsenalbarbersupply@gmail.com); providing the information requested.

Please provide us with all the requested information below the exact way it was entered in your order to make the process faster. MAKE SURE TO ADD YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE “MESSAGE” SECTION AND ON THE SUBJECT, ALSO MAKE SURE TO MENTION THAT YOUR ARE SENDING THE EMAIL TO CANCEL THE ORDER. Your order number will help us find your order a lot faster. 

After your cancelation request has been approved, you will be refunded right away. Note that when we cancel the order your money will not appear in your bank right away since there is a processing time for the funds to go from our bank to yours. Processing time may take anywhere from one business day to over one week depending on the bank and if the order is domestic or international.

Not all orders can be cancelled before getting shipped out because we ship as fast as possible therefore by the time we go over the emails the order might have been shipped out. Orders that have shipped out cannot be cancelled, however they can be refunded when the products are sent back to us as long as they are unopened, undamaged and unused. If this is the case, as stated on our refund policy shipping is non refundable. If you were provided with free shipping, you will be refunded for the returned products minus shipping cost. Make sure to reject the package from the shipping carrier in order to save on return label or extra shipping cost. By rejecting the package, the shipping company will return the package back to Arsenal Barber Supply for no extra charge.
